We offered 30-Day Return If you wish to initiate a return, please email our support team at xxxxx within 30 days of receiving the order to obtain a return permission. Laineng does not accept any unauthorized returns.

To facilitate a smooth refund process, please ensure the returned bikes are free from dirt and dust, with the odometer mileage not exceeding ten (10) miles, and return them in original packaging, maintaining their original condition as received. Return Fees: Each bike will incur a $150 return shipping fee and a restocking fee of up to 25% of the product price

Prioritize emailing xxxx for prompt assistance and the optimal solution. After your return request is authorized, please use the provided return shipping label to ship the bike back. Upon receipt of the returned bike, a full refund will be issued within 2 business days.

It is important to note that claims for damage caused by transportation will only be accepted within a 7-day timeframe from the date of delivery.
